About the Role

The Senior Account Executive will lead sales growth for IT Operations Management (ITOM), Application Delivery Management (ADM), and Analytics solutions within the enterprise segment.
This role combines strategic account management with solution-based selling, focusing on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving new business across key industries.
The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, partners, and customers to deliver value-driven, technology-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline for enterprise DevOps, Hybrid IT, and analytics solutions.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, proactively driving strategic sales campaigns.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs.

  • Lead proposal efforts across multiple business units to deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions.

  • Maintain deep understanding of competitors and effectively position the company’s solutions in the market.

  • Drive go-to-market activities with partners in targeted industries.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the organization’s strategic goals.

  • Use Salesforce and other CRM tools for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum 7 years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 3 years in software or IT solutions sales.

  • Proven success in selling enterprise DevOps and Hybrid IT Management solutions such as:

    • Application Lifecycle Management, Functional and Performance Testing, DevOps, and Mobility Testing.

    • IT Operations Management, Data Center Automation, Service Management, and Monitoring Solutions.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-portfolio sales opportunities.

Skills and Competencies

  • Deep expertise in DevOps, Hybrid IT, and Analytics solutions, including automation and performance testing tools.

  • Familiarity with Agile development, CI/CD, and modern IT operations environments.

  • Strong understanding of industry trends, customer business models, and digital transformation drivers.

  • Excellent account planning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Advanced forecasting and sales management skills using Salesforce or equivalent tools.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with partners, service providers, and internal cross-functional teams.

  • Strong initiative and ownership in identifying customer needs and closing high-value opportunities.
