US Nutritional Supplement Distributor 



  • Analyse, Define and Continually Develop Product Portfolio Strategy for Japan to support ambitious growth goals in the foreseeable future

  • Lead Commercialization and Launch development of ALL new products for Japan (both Local-developed and those from the region)

  • Conduct in-depth market trend and analysis to substantiate New Product pipeline options

  • Manage and coordinate all major aspects of New Product Development (Identification, Commercialization, Launch) particularly for Japan-specific New Product opportunities, ensuring they are strategically sound (fit with WW and RO Strategy) and incremental to the Japan business




  • Must be well-versed on classical Product Marketing / Brand Management, 5+ years of Solid Marketing Experience, preferably in a large multinational FMCG/CPG company

  • 2+ years of experience leading teams and working with cross functional teams

  • Demonstrated success in terms of project conceptualization

  • Demonstrated success in handling various brands / categories

  • Deep analytical and strategic skills – comfortable talking about and analysing numbers yet being able to ‘helicopter up’ and see / recommend big picture strategic initiatives

  • Must be organized and have demonstrated examples of project management

  • Motivated by leadership / marketing development challenges
