【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Analyse, Define and Continually Develop Product Portfolio Strategy for Japan to support ambitious growth goals in the foreseeable future
Lead Commercialization and Launch development of ALL new products for Japan (both Local-developed and those from the region)
Conduct in-depth market trend and analysis to substantiate New Product pipeline options
Manage and coordinate all major aspects of New Product Development (Identification, Commercialization, Launch) particularly for Japan-specific New Product opportunities, ensuring they are strategically sound (fit with WW and RO Strategy) and incremental to the Japan business
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
Must be well-versed on classical Product Marketing / Brand Management, 5+ years of Solid Marketing Experience, preferably in a large multinational FMCG/CPG company
2+ years of experience leading teams and working with cross functional teams
Demonstrated success in terms of project conceptualization
Demonstrated success in handling various brands / categories
Deep analytical and strategic skills – comfortable talking about and analysing numbers yet being able to ‘helicopter up’ and see / recommend big picture strategic initiatives
Must be organized and have demonstrated examples of project management
Motivated by leadership / marketing development challenges
