【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Responsible for working with the plants to ship all planned imports in the committed month.
Negotiate with our plants for getting the right product supply and timely delivery.
Ensures stocks are made available to meet sales requirement according to plan after redressing and bundling activities.
Provide replenishment request for Packaging Materials use for redressing and follow up on prompt deliveries once PO is placed
Collaborate with 3 PL to maintain high service level to customers through efficient management of orders to delivery process and fast resolution of issues.
Credit Limit management
Maintenance of customer master and product master data in various systems
Create and update Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure application of right business rules and practices
【REQUIREMENTS】
University degree (Bachelor or above)
3+ year experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management and/or production planning in the pharmaceutical industry, OTC or FMCG Supply Chain operations
3PL management
Understanding of demand planning requirements
Excellent computer skills on MS Office
