【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Ensure the proper function of the infrastructure-based tech services
- Corporate with Tech Ops and Lead to understand and manage demand for IT services
- Work closely with Tech Ops teams for projects and all the support
- Handle customer service escalations and provide support
- Assist technical support and related activities
- Manage relationships and contracts with vendors
- Provide support for budget and LE process
- Lead SOX and other IT related compliance
- Provide assistance in the development of local IT governance/ procedures
【REQUIREMENTS】
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of additional related experience (Preferably in Masters’s degree in Computer Science or business)
- At least 5 years of experience managing vendors and contracts
- At least 5 years of experience with the product owner, project management, and business analysis
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Experience working across with the team in a matrix environment and within AGILE frameworks
- Experience in analyzing issues systematically, drawing relevant conclusions
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and break down barriers to maintain progress on initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to make quick decisions

- ベンダーとの関係や契約の管理
- 予算とLEプロセスのサポート
- SOXやその他のIT関連のコンプライアンスをリード
- ローカルITガバナンス/手順の開発支援
【応募資格・条件】
- 学士号または10年以上の関連する経験（コンピュータサイエンスまたはビジネスの修士号取得者優遇）
- 少なくとも5年以上のベンダーや契約の管理経験
- 少なくとも5年以上のプロダクトオーナー、プロジェクトマネジメント、ビジネスアナリシスの経験
- 流暢な日本語と英語力
- マトリックス環境およびAGILEのフレームワークの中で、他のチームと横断的に仕事をした経験
- 問題を体系的に分析し、適切な結論を導き出す経験
- マトリックス環境で効果的に働き、イニシアティブの進捗を維持するために障壁を打破する能力
- 高い交渉力と迅速な意思決定能力
