【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Provide leadership and direction to Japan’s corporate team members to ensure smooth and efficient team delivery
Being the key contact for the overseas management team
Work with several stakeholders to ensure smooth year-end audit, financial statements are accurate and in accordance with Japan team
Review and conduct monthly reviews and calculations and ensure compliance with local regulatory
Present high-quality financial results and analysis
Participate and contribute to global and regional initiatives
【REQUIREMENTS】
Have Bachelor degree and qualified accountant with audit experience
Have relevant experience in financial services preferably in alternative investment management
Strong technical accounting experience in both US and Japan GAAP
Have knowledge of Capital Adequacy Ration and requirements of Type 1 license holder
Fluent in both English and Japanese
