職務概要 / Job Summary
日々の経理業務から月次決算まで幅広い業務に対応できる方を募集します。
We are looking for an experienced accounting professional who can manage a wide range of tasks, from daily operations to monthly closings.
A/R、A/P、GL管理、引当金入力、現預金や在庫管理、他部門からの問い合わせ対応が主な業務です。
Key responsibilities include A/R, A/P, general ledger, provision entries, bank & cash handling, inventory, and inter-departmental communication.
B/S・P/Lに関する勘定科目の調整・分析・管理ができる方を歓迎します。
Experience in reconciling, analyzing, and managing B/S and P/L accounts is highly valued.
USGAAPおよびJGAAPに関する深い理解と、高精度な財務分析・レポーティング能力が求められます。
Strong knowledge of USGAAP and JGAAP, along with the ability to create accurate financial reports and analyses, is essential.
内部統制の構築・文書化・有効性チェックの経験がある方を歓迎します。
Experience in building and monitoring internal controls is a plus.
システム導入や改善プロジェクトの対応力も重要です。
Ability to support or lead system implementation or operational improvement projects is important.
主な業務内容 / Main Responsibilities
日常的な会計処理(A/R、A/P、現預金、在庫、引当金など)
Perform daily accounting operations such as A/R, A/P, cash/bank, inventory, and provision entries.他部門との連携や業務委託先への指示・QA対応
Communicate with internal teams and oversee outsourced A/P and A/R processes, including quality assurance.月次決算対応と勘定残高の照合・調整
Handle monthly closing procedures, including account reconciliations and adjustments.B/S・P/Lの仕訳起票、検証、成果物レビュー
Create and verify journal entries related to B/S and P/L; review outputs and report to manager.月次決算レポート・ファイル作成とマネージャーへの報告
Prepare financial reports and reconciliation files for monthly closings and submit to manager.日次・月次業務における課題の発見と改善提案
Identify operational issues and propose process improvements.会計システムや業務フローの見直しと最適化の実行
Review and improve accounting systems and workflows.新システム導入プロジェクトの対応(要件定義~導入サポート)
Participate in system implementation projects including requirement gathering and coordination.米国本社との連携やマネージャーからの指示に基づく対応
Liaise with U.S. HQ and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.本社向けの月次レポート作成
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for headquarters.税務申告・会計監査対応のサポート
Support tax filings and assist during audits.その他社内運営サポートやアドホック対応
Handle internal admin tasks and ad hoc requests as needed.
応募資格 / Qualifications
大卒以上
Bachelor’s degree or higher.日商簿記2級または同等の知識(CPAあれば尚可)
Bookkeeping Level 2 or equivalent (CPA or similar certification is a plus).経理経験5年以上
At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力
Business-level English communication skills.SAP経験者歓迎
Experience with SAP preferred.Excelの高度なスキル
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.自発的に問題を解決でき、協調性・積極性のある方
Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and teamwork skills.年齢不問

適性検査(30分)+簿記テスト(30分)あり
Written tests: 30-minute aptitude and 30-minute bookkeeping test.勤務時間:9:30〜18:00(実働7.5時間)
Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (7.5 hours per day)残業時間:通常月約20時間。プロジェクトや決算期には増加する可能性あり。
Expected overtime: ~20 hours/month during regular periods; may increase during project or closing periods.
