Job Overview
The Accounting Lead will work directly with the Corporate Head (executive officer level) to lead the accounting team and drive IPO-related initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to operate in a fast-growing startup where creativity, problem-solving, and initiative are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly and annual closing
Liaise with auditing firms and manage accounting audits
Develop and optimize accounting workflows
Oversee daily accounting operations (sales/receivables, payables, payments, etc.)
Manage IPO preparation-related tasks
Additional Responsibilities (depending on experience)
Address accounting considerations for new services
Ensure JSOX compliance
Budgeting and budget management
Tax return preparation
Required Skills
3+ years of accounting experience at a business company
Experience building or improving accounting workflows
Curiosity for learning new knowledge and technologies
Preferred Skills
Experience at a listed company or in IPO preparation is a plus
Knowledge of internal controls
Tax return preparation
Negotiating with auditing firms
Consolidated accounting for overseas subsidiaries
Experience in auditing at an auditing firm

Actual salary will be determined based on current salary and experience; please note if bonus is included in discussion
