【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
-Translation of presentation materials, reports, etc.
-Supporting the development of presentation materials
-Supporting fund related periodical reporting and marketing
material updates by coordinating with overseas and domestic fund teams
-Management of internal visitors from overseas offices (hotel,
train tickets, etc.)
-Internal documents circulation (including approval from regional
head, Legal & Compliance, etc.)
【REQUIREMENTS】
-Business-level English skill
-Basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Preferred skills and experiences
-Administrative assistant experience in the real estate or financial industry
-Secretary experience
