Job Overview
This role will serve as a consultant to improve dealer service operations, service structure, and profitability in alignment with the company’s aftersales strategy. The position also supports strategic planning and execution for area managers (AMs) through target setting, progress tracking, and corrective actions.
Responsibilities
1. Parts & Accessories (P&A), Service Programs Sales & Promotion (40%)
Drive sales and profit recovery at assigned dealers' service departments
Plan and execute strategies to achieve targets in parts and accessories sales
Promote genuine parts and accessories
Support aftersales marketing initiatives
2. Customer Satisfaction & Service Retention (30%)
Develop and implement dealer-specific customer satisfaction improvement plans (PDCA cycle)
Handle customer complaints in collaboration with dealers
Promote initiatives to enhance long-term service retention
3. Aftersales Business Consultation (30%)
Provide consulting on service performance reports (CS, warranty, parts, standards, etc.)
Recommend improvements for service operations and processes
Drive execution of aftersales business strategies
Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and advise service managers
Evaluate dealer compliance with standards (facilities, equipment, organization, processes)
Support new dealer openings, including layout consultation
Conduct capacity planning analysis for each dealership
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience:
Over 5 years of experience in sales or consultation roles
Knowledge of aftersales customer retention and sales promotion strategies
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and listening skills
Self-starter, result-driven, and adaptable
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
English proficiency (TOEIC 500+)
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the automotive importer aftersales business
Familiarity with e-commerce/online aftersales products and services
In-depth understanding of service workshop and spare parts operations in the automotive industry
Knowledge of aftersales KPIs
Understanding of core service operations at the dealership level
