JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support internal and external customers to drive the business
  • Pre-sales activities (training, consultation, technical support on new product launch)
  • Post-sales activities (customer support, trouble shooting, preparation of manuals)
  • Internal activities (global application network, sales training)

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge in qualitative analysis and operation of LC-MS/MS or Capillary Electrophoresis
  • Sales attitude
  • Effective communications/relationship skill within/across department
  • Native speaking and writing skill of Japanese
  • Intermediate level of English communication skill
  • Travel is required
