Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner
Overview
This role serves as a senior-level HR partner, supporting designated business units by providing both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support. The position works closely with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, while driving organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR partner, supporting business units with both advisory and operational HR activities
Build strong relationships with business leaders, offering guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, leadership development, and talent strategy
Lead and implement key HR initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline building
Manage employee relations matters, ensuring appropriate resolution in line with local labor laws and internal policies
Serve as the HR lead for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-merger integration activities
Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to adapt and implement global HR strategies locally
Drive HR projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact
Partner with shared services teams to improve HR operations and enhance employee experience
Assess and support organizational changes, including restructuring or workplace transitions, from a people perspective
Required Skills & Experience
