Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner
Overview

This role serves as a senior-level HR partner, supporting designated business units by providing both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support. The position works closely with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, while driving organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR partner, supporting business units with both advisory and operational HR activities

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, offering guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, leadership development, and talent strategy

  • Lead and implement key HR initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline building

  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring appropriate resolution in line with local labor laws and internal policies

  • Serve as the HR lead for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-merger integration activities

  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to adapt and implement global HR strategies locally

  • Drive HR projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact

  • Partner with shared services teams to improve HR operations and enhance employee experience

  • Assess and support organizational changes, including restructuring or workplace transitions, from a people perspective
