Job Overview / 職務概要
This role is part of the Business Systems Group, responsible for managing and operating domestic services, including a major car subscription platform. The position involves collaborating with multiple systems such as customer support and dealer coordination from project initiation through ongoing maintenance.
本ポジションは、国内向けの主要なカーサブスクリプションサービスを含むビジネスシステムグループに所属し、プロジェクトの開始から保守まで顧客サポートや販売店連携システムと連携しながらサービスの運用管理を担当します。
Responsibilities / 業務内容
Plan, develop, and implement business systems for domestic operations related to the car subscription service.
Lead or support launch and operation of new products.
Participate in system development and project management according to role level.

役割に応じてシステム開発やプロジェクトマネジメントを担当
Requirements / 応募要件
Experience in both frontend and backend development.
Frontend: Node.js, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
Backend: Python or Java, and SQL development with RDBMS such as MySQL.
Familiarity with AWS services like EC2, ECS, and Lambda.
Experience with requirements gathering and operational support.
For leadership roles: minimum 2 years experience as a team leader.
フロントエンドとバックエンドの両方の開発経験
フロントエンド：Node.js、Vue.js、Nuxt.jsなどJavaScript系フレームワーク経験
バックエンド：PythonまたはJava、およびMySQLなどのRDBMSでのSQL開発経験
AWS（EC2、ECS、Lambda等）に関する知識
要件定義や運用保守経験
リーダークラスはチームリーダー経験2年以上必須
Employment Terms / 雇用条件
Employment Type: Full-time / 正社員
Annual Salary: ¥6,600,000 - ¥9,000,000 / 年収660万～900万円
Working Hours: Flexible, no core time, 8 hours/day / フルフレックス（コアタイムなし、1日8時間）
Bonuses: Twice yearly (July and December) / 賞与年2回（7月・12月）
Work Location: Tokyo (Mitsukoshimae or Jimbocho offices) / 勤務地：東京（三越前・神保町オフィス）
Remote Work: Available depending on conditions / 条件によりリモート勤務可能
Trial Period: 3 months, no changes to conditions / 試用期間3ヶ月（条件変更なし）
