Position Summary / 職務概要
In close cooperation with the Team Manager and Sales team, this position supports and drives business processes related to customer technical and commercial engagement.
チームマネージャーや営業チームと連携し、顧客との技術・商業的なやりとりに関わる業務プロセスを推進・支援します。
Daily tasks include selection and quotation of products, technical support for prototypes, production preparation, logistics coordination, claim handling, and customer project implementation.
製品選定、見積、試作品の技術支援、量産準備、ロジスティクス支援、クレーム対応、新規顧客プロジェクトの実行などが日常業務です。
Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
Drive Business Engineering processes and contribute to their improvement
ビジネスエンジニアリングプロセスの推進および改善提案Participate in customer technical meetings and prepare required documents
顧客との技術打ち合わせや必要書類の作成Translate reports and handle product claims
レポートの翻訳や製品クレームの対応Support internal product approval tasks
社内承認関連業務のサポートIdentify and improve KPIs for operational excellence
業務改善のためのKPI策定と改善Collect market and customer intelligence for account management
アカウントマネジメントのための市場・顧客情報の収集Support sales teams with technical and commercial tasks
営業チームの技術的・商業的な支援Drive customer project execution from prototype to production
試作から量産までの顧客プロジェクト推進Coordinate quality control and support issue resolution with internal teams
品質管理と社内チームとの連携による問題解決Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications / 必須条件
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
工学系学士（または高専等同等の技術バックグラウンド）3+ years experience in a technical role, preferably in thermal, refrigeration, or HVAC industries
3年以上のエンジニア経験（熱交換器、空調、冷凍業界経験歓迎）Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Microsoft Office の使用スキルValid driver’s license
普通自動車運転免許Native-level Japanese
日本語ネイティブレベルBasic written English skills and willingness to improve in global settings
英語での読み書きが可能で、グローバル環境での成長意欲がある方
Preferred Experience / 歓迎する経験
✔ Working experience of Sales Representative for any B2B
B2B営業経験
✔ Working experience of Business Engineer for Heat Exchanger
熱交換器のビジネスエンジニア経験
✔ Working experience of "project management" and/or "sales".
プロジェクトマネジメント・営業経験
✔ HVAC related and/or Energy management qualification.
空調・エネルギー管理関連資格保有
✔ Working experience at component/system company.
コンポーネントまたはシステムメーカーでの経験
✔ Working experience as an Engineer at manufacturer of "Air-Conditioning related product", "Refrigerator",
エアコン、冷蔵庫、冷凍機または関連部品メーカーでのエンジニア経験
✔Experience of dealing with "heat" related product/component.
熱関連製品・部品の取り扱い経験
✔ Experience of claim handling or quality control
クレーム処理または品質管理経験

Working Conditions / 勤務条件
Work-from-home available (approx. 2 days per week if based in Osaka area)
大阪近郊在住の場合、週2日程度の在宅勤務可Domestic business trips (approx. once a week)
国内出張あり（週1回程度）Possible overseas travel (for training, meetings, approvals, etc.)
海外出張の可能性あり（研修、会議、第三者承認サポートなど）
