Role Overview
This role provides operational and coordination support for the company’s social contribution initiatives, as well as administrative assistance for an internal scientific and medical advisory function. The position focuses on project coordination, communication with nonprofit and external partners, volunteer-related activities, and administrative support for fundraising and educational programs.
In parallel, the role supports research- and evidence-related activities by coordinating communications with medical and research organizations and preparing documentation for internal committees.
Through effective coordination and execution of practical tasks, this position contributes to the smooth delivery of social impact initiatives and research support activities, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to empowerment, inclusion, and positive societal impact.
Key Responsibilities
Social Impact Program Support
Support planning, coordination, and progress tracking of social contribution projects
Manage communications and materials with nonprofit organizations and social welfare partners
Assist with volunteer recruitment communications and application or form management
Draft reports, internal updates, and content for newsletters or related communications
Provide on-site operational support during events and activities
Assist with inventory management and administrative tasks related to fundraising items
Respond to customer or member inquiries related to social impact initiatives via email
Scientific & Medical Program Support
Coordinate communication with medical institutions, researchers, and related organizations
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and required documentation
Organize, manage, and maintain research-related files and records
Internal Team & Operational Support
Assist with document preparation and formatting
Coordinate with internal departments to support cross-functional collaboration
Support internal workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
Qualifications
Required
Native-level Japanese language proficiency
Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Interest in social contribution, community engagement, and team support roles
Ability to manage multiple tasks with flexibility and adaptability
Willingness to travel domestically and support on-site events when required
Preferred
Experience in a coordination or administrative support role
Background in nonprofit organizations, social welfare, education, or volunteer activities
Experience with social media content or basic writing tasks
Basic English reading and writing ability
