【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage and lead Sales, Inventory and Operation Planning process focusing on demand planning that meets financial plan, target, and sales requirements
Conduct monthly review of Demand and Supply, Sales Forecast etc
Achieve sales goals based on shipping trends, productivity, and customer insights
Develop strategies to increase forecast accuracy
Lead the demand planning team including training
Improve current process based on region and global practices
Manage market inventory projects and lead initiatives
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelors’ degree in business administration, operation management, supply chain
Fluent in English and Japanese
At least 5-7 years of experience in a supply chain leadership role
Familiar with Microsoft and have experience with AS400, JDA/Blue Yonder
Open to travel and working closely with cross-regional teams

【応募資格・条件】
経営学、オペレーションマネジメント、サプライチェーンの学士号をお持ちの方
英語と日本語に堪能であること
少なくとも5～7年のサプライチェーンリーダーとしての経験があること
Microsoftに精通し、AS400、JDA/Blue Yonderを使用した経験がある方
出張が可能で他のチームと密接に連携できる方
