Job Title: Digital Graphic Designer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Graphic Designer to join a high-profile global financial services account. The role involves delivering high-quality, innovative digital designs while working within established brand guidelines. You will take projects from creative brief to completion, bringing fresh ideas and creativity, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
Fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
Key Responsibilities
Produce creative and visually compelling designs for .com websites, mobile platforms, banners, social media, and more.
Manage the entire design lifecycle from concept to final delivery.
Present creative solutions aligned with marketing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver final files that meet output specifications.
Design and execute user interface elements such as menus, tabs, responsive webpages, articles, campaign assets, and email communications, including sourcing relevant imagery.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, applying responsive design best practices.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in creative concept development, visual design, art direction, and execution across diverse projects.
Strong understanding of design principles, with awareness of UX, UI, responsive design trends, and social media best practices.
Experience collaborating with developers and familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and AEM.
Proven track record in integrated and digital campaign design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and tools such as Sketch and Figma; experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
Agile work methodology and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies; knowledge of AI tools is an advantage, but the ability to learn and apply them is essential.
