[RESPONSIBILITIES]

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute digital media strategies across display, social, and programmatic platforms that drive business results
  • Work with channel lead to translate client objectives into measurable media plans aligned with KPIs

Campaign Management

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet performance targets.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze account performance to develop provide strategic advice to improve results
  • Deliver actionable insights and regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders

Client & Partner Collaboration

  • Ensure deep client and product knowledge in order to make proactive proposals based on customized marketing strategies for each client
  • Collaborate with other account team members and across client business units to ensure integrated solutions
  • Manage relationships with media vendors and platform partners (Google, Meta, LINE, X, TikTok, etc.)
  • Formulate and deliver competitor and market insights to strengthen digital strategy proposals

Team Building and Growth Initiatives

  • Manage client budgets and campaign pacing
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members to strengthen platform proficiency, improve client outcomes, and support continuous personal and professional growth.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the agency.
  • Get involved in business development, including attending prospective pitches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to establish best practices, streamline processes, and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing.

[REQUIREMENTS]

  • 4-6 years of digital marketing activation experience, preferably in a digital agency
  • Deep understanding of digital channels and dynamics across performance marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of major display and social platforms (Google Display Network, DV360, Meta, TikTok, LINE, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Digital media planning / strategy experience (including Display, Social, and PPC)
  • e-Commerce experience is also highly considered
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management tools, analytics, and ad serving.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into business insights.
  • Client-facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Japanese; business-level English a strong plus.
  • Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrate ability to perform and work in a highly dynamic and rapid changing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with internal team and external client
  • Proven experience managing people/teams
  • SQL knowledge is a big plus
