【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
This role leans toward the commercial side and leading the operational side of the business not so much at a hands on level but on a strategic leadership role. The teams have strong members and good managers and you will be there to make key decisions and leadership.
Lead the FP&A reporting
Lead financial reporting into HQ
Be responsible for the accuracy of the accounting and operations
Lead Japan reporting and reporting into European HQ
Lead the Budgeting and Forecasting processes
Be a key member of strategic decision making and be the point of decision making for the Operations and Finance teams
Manage the Logistics team at a top level
Contract analysis and review
Work closely with the legal team on key matters
【REQUIREMENTS】
Understanding of product focused businesses
Business level English and Fluent Japanese Required
Experience in a multi-national environment highly desirable
Friendly and approachable character type
