【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
ECサイト、オムニチャネルサービス関連の小～大規模プロジェクトの企画立案、仕様策定、プロジェクト管理、および効果・KPI検証
Planning, defining specifications, managing projects, and conducting effectiveness/KPI validation for small to large-scale projects related to EC websites and omnichannel services.
フランス本社、APAC支社、取引先など社内外のステークホルダーとの折衝及び調整
Liaising and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as the headquarters in France, APAC branches, and internal/external business partners.
プロジェクトに関連するドキュメントの作成及び開発ベンダーの管理（仕様書、WBS、コストシュミレーションなど）
Creating project-related documents and managing development vendors (e.g., specifications, work breakdown structure, cost estimation).
中長期的開発ロードマップの策定及び調整のリード
Create mid to long-term development roadmaps and update and adjust with changes of needs and situation.
新しいサービスや技術のリサーチ及び共有
Research new ecommerce/omni-channel service and technologies and share
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
ECサイト立ち上げもしくはリニューアル、ITプロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験3年以上
3+ years of practical experience in launching or revamping e-commerce websites and IT project management
ECサイトのマーケティング戦略、Webデザイン、IT技術の知識があること
Knowledge of marketing strategies, web design, and IT technologies of ecommerce websites.
ECサイト制作に必要なツールやソフトウェアの知識があること
Knowledge of tools and software related to development of e-commerce website development.
コーディング言語の知識・スキル（html, css, javascriptなどを使用してLPを制作できる程度）
Proficient in coding languages (such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to create landing pages.
Adobe Photoshop, Illustratorの使用経験
Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
プロジェクトマネジメントツールやソフトウェアの使用経験（例えばJIRAやMicrosoft Projectなど）
Experience using project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
コミュニケーション、リーダーシップ、問題解決、分析、チームワーク、およびプレゼンテーションのスキル
Strong skills in communication, leadership, problem-solving, analysis, teamwork, and presentation.
日本語・英語を使用して業務が遂行できること
Business level language skills (both writing and verbal) in both Japanese and English to perform tasks.
Desirable:
ECサイトのマーケティングやWebデザインに関する情報を常に最新に保ち、改善提案を行うことができること
Keeps up-to-date with information related to the latest e-commerce technologies, digital marketing and web design and is able to make suggestion for improvement.

Excellent task management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
