Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver on the Mobile App roadmap to meet business objectives.
Ensure execution of planned product launches, content updates, and promotions on the App together with eCommerce, merchandising and marketing teams
Develop, manage, and constantly drive app store optimization (ASO)
Manage and execute regionally based exclusive app experiences and content programming that features athletes, ambassadors, collaborations, and products
Work with the Content team on optimization strategy optimizing website and other online channels to drive more organic traffic and increase app downloads
Partner with global and local analytics teams to establish, track and report on KPIs, to unlock data-driven insights and to identify new opportunities.
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience with eCommerce or Mobile apps.
Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills (verbal and written)
Leverage data-driven analysis to drive roadmap development and prioritization
