About the Role
As an Education Solution Specialist, you will play a central role in delivering high‑quality education and training solutions to medical institutions and educational centers across Japan. You will work closely with customers to understand their educational goals, provide hands‑on training using simulation equipment and software, and support long‑term adoption of the organization’s solutions.
This is a customer‑facing position that combines educational expertise, technical product knowledge, and collaboration with sales and service teams to enhance customer outcomes and reduce medical errors through improved training.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver on-site and online education programs using simulation products and software
Install and support patient simulators and related training systems at customer sites
Customize training courses based on customer needs and educational objectives
Provide subscription‑based online training solutions
Support pre‑sales activities with technical and educational expertise
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, service, and global functions
Support localization of training materials and solutions
Provide follow‑up support and maintain long‑term customer relationships
Identify and share sales opportunities and assist in business development
Prepare reports, documentation, and training materials
Manage scheduling, travel, and project progress independently
Required Qualifications
A medical qualification (e.g., Clinical Engineer, Physical Therapist, Paramedic, Nurse, Doctor)
or
More than 4 years of relevant professional experience within the organization
Basic English communication skills (reading and simple conversation)
Valid driver’s license (required for customer site visits)
Preferred Experience
Clinical experience in healthcare environments
Experience in medical education or training
Academic or research background
Experience with simulation‑based education
Working Style & Environment
Hybrid work style (office, home office, and customer sites)
Frequent domestic travel to hospitals and training institutions
Preference for candidates based in or near the Kanto area
