【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Manages and plans all safety training programs, suggests safety award programs and incentives 
- Advises plant management of any potential law changes and their impact on the plant 
- Supports company interface with regulatory authorities for regulatory visits, requests and submissions for the region. 
- Participates as a leader for weekly inspections and audits in identifying safety hazards and oversees timely corrections of any violation 
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures 
【REQUIREMENTS】
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant EHS experience.
- Bachelor's degree (EHS related preferred but not required) 
- 5 years of experience 
- Bilingual (English) required 
- Agricultural background strongly preferred - especially with familiarity with pesticide compliance 
- Ability to work to and reflect company morals and mission 
- Personable and dynamic professional who can engage all levels of internal stakeholders 
- Strong interpersonal skills
