【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manages and plans all safety training programs, suggests safety award programs and incentives
Advises plant management of any potential law changes and their impact on the plant
Supports company interface with regulatory authorities for regulatory visits, requests and submissions for the region.
Participates as a leader for weekly inspections and audits in identifying safety hazards and oversees timely corrections of any violation
Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
【REQUIREMENTS】
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant EHS experience.
Bachelor's degree (EHS related preferred but not required)
5 years of experience
Bilingual (English) required
Agricultural background strongly preferred - especially with familiarity with pesticide compliance
Ability to work to and reflect company morals and mission
Personable and dynamic professional who can engage all levels of internal stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills
