Reporting to Manager based in the United States.
Troubleshooting, removing and replacing system components, upgrading system platforms, performing routine preventative maintenance and documentation compliance.
Perform system installations and removal of products as required.
Provide phone support and remote remediation for customer related issues.
Provide onsite support for customer training and first look troubleshooting.
Work with internal cross functional groups.
At least 2-3 years experience in field service engineer in medical device industry.
The ability to travel (75% of the time)
Business English level and fluent Japanese level.
(Not a must) Familiarity with Operating Room (OR) procedures.
