Role Overview
- Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. 
- Lead and manage team resources and workflows to ensure efficient execution of financial tasks. 
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. 
- Deliver property-specific financial reports in line with internal and external stakeholder requirements. 
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance financial processes. 
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets and property-level financial plans. 
- Ensure compliance with statutory audits and corporate tax obligations. 
- Maintain adherence to internal financial policies and procedures. 
- Guide, support, and foster the growth of team members through performance management and development. 
- Take part in special projects as assigned by leadership, including new site launches. 
Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and clear communication skills. 
- Analytical mindset with solid critical thinking capabilities. 
- Embraces a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial work environment. 
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in high-pressure situations. 
- Over 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or equivalent role. 
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
- Proficiency in Japanese (native level or JLPT N1 equivalent). 
- Business-level English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent preferred).
