【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Propose and implement measures to reduce costs and increase sales.
Analyse deviations between budgets and forecasts and actual results by breaking them down into elements, identify root causes and trends, improve the accuracy of budgets and forecasts, and work to resolve deviating factors.
Responsible for the preparation of the accounting and financial reports, such as budgets and various reports, and to improve the accuracy of the reporting categories of each hotel that form the basis for these reports.
Guides General Manager and the heads of the hotel management departments in the proper execution of human resources-related tasks in each hotel, to achieve lower labour costs and improved productivity, while maintaining legitimate labour management, staff satisfaction and motivation.
Manage cash flow, working capital and capital expenditure reserves appropriately.
Coach the hotel management team to develop ambitious revenue and profit targets and identify and achieve all revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities.
Implement a personnel evaluation system, salary increases and employee satisfaction surveys and reflect the results in the respective hotel personnel policies.
【REQUIREMENTS】
At least five years' experience in a senior management position in a hotel accounting department, leading the entire process from budgeting to closing, reporting to the owner and franchisor, and successfully implementing cost reduction plans with the general manager and heads of departments. Experience in other administrative functions such as human resources, administration, purchasing, etc., and hotel operations is even more desirable.
Experience in financial statements (financial and uniform accounting), which can be prepared independently.
Bookkeeping or other accounting/finance/tax-related qualifications or relevant educational background is desirable.
