【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Provide effective financial support and analysis to the operational managers
Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasts and budgets
Prepare comments versus Budget and Rolling Forecasts
Supervise the accounting activities performed by the external service provider
Value inventories
Report to third parties licensors on sales
Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports
Ensure internal control processes are in place
Liaise with the auditors for half year and year end audit
【REQUIREMENTS】
2 to 5 years experience in finance or accounting position (audit experience is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Willing to work in an international environment
Rigorous
Flexible approach, able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing demands
Good communication skills, written and oral
Assertive but diplomatic with a good team spirit
Language : Fluent in English, business Japanese. French is a plus.
Computer : Excellent knowledge of Excel
Good accounting knowledge
