What You’ll Do
Design and develop scalable frontend and backend systems
Build responsive, user-centric UIs using modern frameworks
Create robust server-side logic and efficient API/database interactions
Collaborate cross-functionally in an agile environment
Implement testing strategies and follow security best practices
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in frontend (HTML, CSS, JS, modern frameworks) and backend (Python, Go, NodeJS)
Proven ability to architect scalable, maintainable systems
Experience working in agile teams
Fluent in Japanese (client-facing) and English (internal communication)
Sharp problem-solving and attention to detail
