【Job Responsibilities】
Investment Operations
Japanese ITM operations
Security Referential Data and Pricing
Derivative Operations
Investor Support
Initiate account record set up for new accounts and/or portfolios
Review and approve new accounts set up
Facilitate proper use of internal trade restriction flags
Ensure the timely delivery of account opening documentation
Enter, track, and manage client cash flow requests
Monitor control reporting to help ensure accuracy, mitigate risk, and facilitate specialized processing requirements for a client cash request
Review current and projected overdrafts on a daily basis and liaise internally to resolve; etc.
【Qualifications】
Highly knowledgeable of Investment Operations concepts and processes
Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the downstream impact and implications in an Investment Management setting Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of financial industry experience in the areas of asset management/administration
Thoroughness, attention to detail, and independent
Ability to operate in a team with colleagues in multiple locations spanning several time zones
Experience in offshore fund operations (Cayman/Luxembourg/Dublin) is a plus
