【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Support and create a hiring strategy
Create and manage a hiring plan annually and work together with the geography hiring team
Ensure hiring numbers during the year
Work as an internal career consultant for a prospective hire
Improve the hiring process based on feedback
Balance between candidate demand and internal requirements
Drive diversity and inclusion addenda for internal support
Manage campus hiring and 20-30 headcounts per year
【REQUIREMENTS】
Experience in sales hiring
Management experience
Fluent in both Japanese & English
