Role Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager / Senior Manager will play a central role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies across assigned brand clusters. This position partners closely with senior brand and marketing leadership to lead integrated planning, media and CRM strategy, campaign optimization, and agency management, while also developing team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning

Partner with Brand Cluster leadership and Marketing Directors to design and manage go-to-market calendars and advertising/promotional budget allocation

Lead strategic planning for campaigns, including media mix design and CRM strategy development

Drive market and consumer insights analysis using internal research and data platforms to enhance planning and optimization
Performance Management & Optimization

Lead post-campaign performance reviews and translate insights into future go-to-market improvements

Establish clear KPIs and ensure fact-based optimization across media and CRM initiatives
Stakeholder & Agency Management

Act as the main point of contact for external agencies (media, CRM, PR, etc.), ensuring execution quality and regular progress reporting

Serve as the primary liaison with regional growth marketing counterparts to leverage broader APAC insights and capabilities
Team Leadership

Manage and develop team members, including full-time staff and on-site outsourced resources

Drive high standards in planning, execution, and reporting within the team

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
-
8–10 years of professional experience as a brand marketing lead, growth marketing specialist, or agency strategic planner
-
Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape and ability to translate trends into effective media and campaign strategies
-
High numerical and KPI acumen, with proven experience optimizing media and CRM performance using data-driven hypotheses
-
Experience working in an international, fast-paced corporate environment
-
Strong stakeholder and agency management experience, including scope, contract, and relationship management
-
At least 3 years of experience in beauty, fashion, or comparable consumer categories
-
Minimum 3 years of people management experience

Fluent in both English and Japanese
