  • Develop creative and practical strategies for finding the best candidates

  • Move candidates through the interview process smoothly

  • Determine needs, provide recommendations on the recruitment strategy, utilize technology and creative sourcing techniques, attend networking events and conferences, screen and interview candidates, manage the interview process and extend offers



  • Minimum 1 years of corporate recruitment experience

  • Experience with various HR experience including payroll, training, evaluation, etc.

  • Ability to network in a heavily-matrixed environment

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

  • A solid background in full life-cycle recruitment in a corporate environment.
