Job Summary
The HR Generalist provides comprehensive support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) across a wide range of HR functions. Responsibilities include annual HR cycle activities, employee lifecycle management, regular and ad-hoc reporting, supporting business programs, coordinating HR projects, and handling other tasks requiring flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Operational and Administrative Support
Deliver end-to-end HR assistance to HRBP in areas such as recruitment, talent development, organizational changes, compensation and benefits, training, and labor relations.Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for managers on HR operations and system-related issues. Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from employees and business teams. Participate in business meetings when necessary.Annual HR Cycle Support
Assist with key HR processes, including eligibility checks, salary reviews, promotions, and talent management activities.Training and Workshops
Organize or facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and managers.Data Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate HR data and prepare reports on workforce movements, attrition, promotions, and organizational effectiveness.Process Coordination and Improvement
Collaborate with shared services teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and inquiries. Continuously improve daily workflows.HR Projects
Contribute to assigned HR projects and ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work collaboratively
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
