Confirmation of inventive step/novelty of the content of the invention
Assistance in preparing specifications for inventors, content confirmation
Responding to patent disputes in collaboration with the legal department (patent conflict, infringement)
Patent annuity management and patent pruning.
Hosting and managing patent conferences
Intellectual property budget management
Communication in English with the IP team at the Italian headquarter
【REQUIREMENTS】
Experience in patent-related work at a patent-related department in the manufacturing industry, or patent-related work at a patent office or law firm
At least 3 years of experience in patent affairs
More than conversational-level English
