Create and develop investor relationships
Create strategic plans to manage and improve investor relationships
Use CRM and Salesforce to track investor data and communication
Prepare presentation materials and supporting documents for meetings
Investor research
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree in business or real estate-related
Over 1 year of experience in investment management, preferred (Analyst role)
Over 2 years of experience in investment management, capital raising, or investor relations role (Associate role)
Certified member analyst of SAAJ, ARES Certified Master and/or Real Estate Transaction Specialist, preferred
Native level Japanese and business level English

【応募資格・条件】

SAAJの認定メンバーアナリスト、ARES認定マスターおよび/または不動産取引スペシャリスト、望ましい
ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語
