【Job Description｜業務内容】
Understand and analyze business processes related to the airline industry
航空業界における業務プロセスの理解および分析Collaborate and discuss with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
ステークホルダーとの協業・ディスカッションを通じたビジネス要件の収集・整理Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and proposed solutions
ビジネス要件・業務プロセス・ソリューション案に関する詳細なドキュメントの作成Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs
システムテストおよび検証への参加（業務要件との整合性確認）Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to optimization
業務プロセス改善の機会を特定し、継続的な最適化に貢献Write test scripts for new business processes
新規業務プロセスに対するテストスクリプトの作成Coordinate with offshore teams for test execution and solution implementation
オフショアチームとの調整（テスト実行、ソリューション実装など）
【Requirements – Must Have｜必須要件】
At least 3 years of experience in any of the following:
下記いずれかの経験が3年以上ある方：
Experience as an IT Business Analyst
ITビジネスアナリストとしての経験Experience as an IT Consultant, Project Manager (PM), or Project Management Officer (PMO)
ITコンサルタント、PM、PMOのいずれかの経験Experience in vendor management as in-house IT
社内IT担当者としてのベンダー管理経験Business-level English communication skills
ビジネスレベルの英語力
【Nice to Have｜歓迎要件】
Knowledge or experience in the airline or logistics domain
航空・ロジスティクス業界の知識または経験Experience working on global projects
グローバルプロジェクトでの実務経験Technical proficiency (e.g., Java, UI development, AWS)
技術的スキル（Java、UI開発、AWS など）
