Due to continued growth, they are hiring for a new position in IT consulting (Business Analyst/Consultant/Project Manager).

 For this, they are looking for relevant experience with proven track record of delivering SaaS or ERP-related software solutions to clients, who have both business fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 level) and English.

【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Plan and manage successful enterprise software implementations

  • Act as primary technical and project management contact throughout the sales, implementation, and deployment phases

  • Full involvement in project lifecycle for system implementation - understanding customer’s needs, gathering requirements, establishing and maintaining project scope, facilitating communications and accountability

  • Plan, track, manage implementation process including delivery of training and end-user support

  • Work with product team to define and verify customizations

 

【REQUIREMENTS】

• Experience delivering end to end enterprise software implementations, integration, and training, as a Consultant/Business Analyst/Project Manager

• Fluent Japanese and English language skills

• Analytical thinking and attention to details, planning and organizing skills

• Outstanding consulting, presentation, coaching and facilitation skills

• Ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization

• Proven ability to proactively address customer concerns and meet or exceed customer needs

• Desire to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting

• Willingness to travel (circa 25% after initial training period, majority are Tokyo based clients) *** limited during Covid19

 

【GOOD TO HAVE】

• Knowledge and experience on trading (ETRM, CTRM), risk management and physical trading in the commodity market

• Financial Technologies and Accounting experience is a plus

• Familiarity with Windows Server, MS Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL Server, and MS Office applications

• Exposure to programming languages and technologies (such as C#, Javascript, scripting languages, and XML)
