【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Formalizing Local IT Services: Partnering with RSM and GSD for smooth onsite support and basic facility management.
Engagement with Business Stakeholders: Actively involving key stakeholders to prioritize business needs and gather functional requirements.
Application Roadmap Development: Creating a Japan-specific application roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Project Management Standards: Adhering to group project management methodologies for local projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Key Relationship Management: Maintaining proactive communication with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives and training needs.
Support for Business Initiatives: Providing updates on IT portfolios, assisting in prioritizing needs, and ensuring ROI from global solutions.
Efficient Project Execution: Defining detailed project plans and coordinating with regional IT teams for seamless project execution.
【REQUIREMENTS】
5-8 years of experience in similar roles working in IT in a consultancy or multinational organization (preferably FMCG industry)
Proven experience in working cross-functionally
Project management/coordination experience is a must
E-commerce capabilities knowledge, best practices and experience is a must.
Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes
Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines (Business Administration, Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science)
SAP SDMM background and knowledge of integration flows with other SAP ECC modules and systems is beneficial.
Native Japanese, and fluent English is a must
