The Japan office looking for an experienced or high potential talent who is energetic and able for hands-on work as an IT & Digital Support Staff, with at least basic knowledge in technology (network, infrastructure, applications). You will have a growth mindset and a strong passion for continuous improvement.
This position will be working with global HQ and regional APAC team on projects across Japan. The nature of the job offers an exciting non-routine and project-based environment*
* Some travelling is required but it is infrequent during Covid19.

Work closely with global teams to oversee projects and necessary upgrades, migration etc.
IT infrastructure management (hardware, network, software, system back-up and configurations) and end-user support
Business Japanese and business English
Basic networking skills
Basic computing skills to handle mini PCs Knowledge
Basic knowledge of audio & video installation and troubleshooting experience (such as conference set-up, display set-up)
Ability to travel and work outside of normal working hours during projects (*This is project based. Travels limited during Covid19. You will be fully compensated for hotel and transport.)
Able to work under stress and able to multi-task
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Qualifications/Degree in IT/Electronic Engineering /Mechanical Engineering
Exposure to Digital Signage Technologies
