  • Planning, development, operation, and maintenance of systems

  • Planning, implementation, and operation of systems.

  • Maintenance and improvement of systems.

  • Delivery, application, operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure

  • E-mail and various system account management.

  • Software License Management.

  • Management and support of device equipment. (PCs, company cell phones, etc.)

  • Office network environment maintenance and operation.

  • Maintenance and enhancement of information security.

  • Maintenance and enhancement of IT control and employee training.

  • IT Asset Management

  • In-house help desk operations (handling general IT inquiries from employees and troubleshooting).



  • 5+ years of IT support experience

  • Cloud service operation and management (Microsoft365, etc.)

  • Information security measures and operations

  • PC Kitting (Windows)

  • Setup and management of company cell phones

  • Business level or better Japanese communications



  • Experience in managing a team in in the field.

  • Experience in information system operations in different system environments.

  • Experience in migrating systems from on-premise to cloud services.

  • Experience in system operation and security design for teleworking.

  • Experience in core system implementation, network and server construction management (Windows/Linux/Azure).

  • Operation of the accounting system running on Classic ASP.

  • VBScript maintenance, ACCESS maintenance.
