Role Summary
The Accounts Receivable Leader will oversee the end-to-end Customer Issue Resolution function for the Japan market. This includes billing, credit management, collections and dispute resolution processes. You will lead operational performance, drive process improvement and collaborate with senior business stakeholders to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and optimize Accounts Receivable operations including collections, billing accuracy and dispute resolution
• Manage and develop a team comprising internal staff and outsourced resources
• Strengthen senior-level customer relationships across healthcare, dental and OEM sectors
• Drive transformation initiatives aligned with global standards and process frameworks
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as Days Sales Outstanding, overdue balances and dispute cycle time
• Partner with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, IT and commercial organizations
• Report to the Asia Revenue Operations Manager based overseas

Required Experience & Skills
• 7+ years in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain or related fields
• Proven people leadership experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Continuous improvement mindset with knowledge of process optimization tools or metrics-based management
• Business-level English skills (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
• CRM exposure (e.g., Salesforce)
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or Project Management
