【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Lead the Compliance team
Create guidelines with the global team in order to provide appropriate indicators for the team members
Provide training support to team members
Execute business risk assessment initiatives, such as addressing risks at the operation sites
Work closely with the Global Compliance team to support regular monitoring and audits
Identify and address compliance-related issues
【REQUIREMENTS】
Over 8-10 years of experience in compliance, risk mitigation, investigations, etc. in a multinational healthcare-related company
Experience with issues around compliance
Knowledge of medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry in Japan
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

グローバルコンプライアンスチームと連携し、定期的なモニタリングや監査をサポート
コンプライアンス関連の問題を特定・対処
【応募資格・条件】
多国籍ヘルスケア関連企業での8～10年以上のコンプライアンス、リスク軽減、調査などの経験がある方
コンプライアンスに関する問題の経験
日本の医療機器・医薬品業界に関する知識
優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人能力
