- Building, maintaining, and supporting strong and long-term business relationships, functioning as the primary point of contact for key and strategic customer accounts
- Lead high profile projects with teams spanning mulitple segments of the organization
- Actively engage and collaborate with customers to understand their underlying needs and strategies, to identify emerging applications for Plansee‘s products and services
- Hunt for new opportunitites to serve our customers in a more comprehensive way
Provide effective sales forecasting, market updates, and competitive information
