COMPANY OVERVIEW

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Develop the annual 360-degree marketing strategy including PR/Communications, direct marketing, and digital/online marketing.

  • Define and implement a strategic media plan (offline and online)

  • Optimize the media/PR exposure to increase the company’s awareness and visibility

  • Implement a digital road-map (search, display, website, SNS) and omnichannel strategy

  • Develop strong e-commerce site by planning and executing robust digital marketing strategy

  • Develop strong direct marketing plan (email, catalog mailing, and in-store events) to increase customer loyalty

  • Analyze and report the E-commerce site performance and direct marketing campaigns/promotions to develop future marketing plan.

  • Manage customer database

  • Liaison between HQ marketing team and Japan PR communications team with responsibility for overall management

  • Control and manager overall marketing budget

  • Vendor management

  • Establish strong relationship with HQ marketing team and HQ e-commerce /CRM team, Japan MD, Retail and Retail Operation team.

  • Lead and develop Marketing team

REQUIREMENTS

  •  Ideal more than 10 years of marketing experience in a retail specialty environment, or luxury environment

  • Experience in e-commerce through the owned platform

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent

  • Analytical skills (GA, BI, etc. CRM analytical tool experience is plus)

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Deadline oriented

  • Native Japanese and excellent written and verbal communication skills of English
