  • Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape

  • Define marketing performance measurements in alignment with marketing objectives and strategies

  • Build, recommend and implement the brands plan across channels with a client centric approach.

  • Develop marketing campaigns across offline, digital and social media platforms.

  • Manage and develop the local brand ambassador/trade marketing executive + brand manager (s)

  • Define, monitor, and review A&P allocation by brand and by project against KPI's.

  • Manage and review budget allocations and expenses (incl. T&E's and FTT)



  • Pro-active team player, with a growth mindset willing to develop people and take on new challenges.

  • Minimum 8 years' marketing experience working in the FMCG/lifestyle/Luxury environment.

  • Deep understanding and knowledge of the Japanese market, PR and media landscape

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent from a 4 Year University. 

  • English fluency and native-level Japanese
