Role Overview

The Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Specialist will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives in Japan, with a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline development. This role covers both direct and partner-driven marketing activities across multiple channels. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in B2B software marketing, particularly within enterprise technology domains such as DevSecOps, IT operations, application management, and cybersecurity.

This position works closely with sales, partners, and global marketing teams to localize and execute campaigns that drive lead acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated marketing programs using a mix of online and offline channels, including events, trade shows, digital advertising, search, social media, email, webinars, and content syndication

  • Develop and manage demand generation initiatives to increase lead volume and improve lead quality for sales teams and channel partners

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and campaigns

  • Collaborate with sales and partner teams to develop new offers, content, and sales enablement materials

  • Work closely with global marketing teams to localize and leverage global campaigns and assets for the Japan market

  • Coordinate with external vendors such as advertising agencies, PR firms, and marketing service providers as needed

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within enterprise software or technology environments

  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps, IT operations, application management, and cybersecurity markets

  • Proven success in executing demand generation and partner marketing programs

  • Hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels, including digital, web, email, social media, and webinars

  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Eloqua and Salesforce, including reporting and analytics

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present marketing strategies and results internally

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

  • Language requirements: Native-level Japanese and fluent English
