A Global leading manufacturer and marketer of proprietary disposable medical devices used in interventional, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, particularly in cardiology, radiology, oncology, critical care and endoscopy. 


Strategic planning

  • Provides strong leadership, a vision and strategic direction for products to sales team to ensure they are inspired & motivated to achieve business goals.

  • Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics for IVR products.

  • Responsible for achieving IVR product sales and market share objectives.

  • Ensures preparation of IVR tactical plans in conjunction with sales and follow up on implementation.


  • Close communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Arrange congresses and symposiums, trainings in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Corresponding with IVR product managers in HQ; obtain new information for Japanese market and give feedback from Japanese market.

  • KOL management


Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Relevant marketing experience with a healthcare company.

  • Successfully achieved marketing objective – Medical device product experience. intervention related product preferable.

  • New product launch

  • Japanese Level Native or N1, Business Level English
