A Global leading manufacturer and marketer of proprietary disposable medical devices used in interventional, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, particularly in cardiology, radiology, oncology, critical care and endoscopy.
Provides strong leadership, a vision and strategic direction for products to sales team to ensure they are inspired & motivated to achieve business goals.
Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics for IVR products.
Responsible for achieving IVR product sales and market share objectives.
Ensures preparation of IVR tactical plans in conjunction with sales and follow up on implementation.
Close communication with internal and external stakeholders
Arrange congresses and symposiums, trainings in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.
Corresponding with IVR product managers in HQ; obtain new information for Japanese market and give feedback from Japanese market.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Relevant marketing experience with a healthcare company.
Successfully achieved marketing objective – Medical device product experience. intervention related product preferable.
