Product Manager (PdM) – Mobility Services (Tokyo)

Location: Tokyo (multiple office locations)
Annual Salary: ¥7,900,000 – ¥12,000,000
Monthly salary system: Basic salary from ¥389,000/month
Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)
Overtime: Paid separately based on actual hours (30 hours included in base for senior levels)
About the Role
You will be responsible for driving product development and strategy for a multimodal mobility platform that integrates local information, transport options, reservations, and payments into a single user experience. The role involves:
Leading product strategy design and hypothesis testing
Defining value propositions from a user-first perspective
Coordinating with internal business divisions and external partners
Overseeing development, quality control, and technical direction
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Operations: Manage the development and maintenance of smartphone apps (iOS/Android) and web services.
Product Management: Plan and execute product strategies, improve features, and drive continuous enhancements using data analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with local governments, transportation operators, and agencies.
Development Management: Manage timelines, quality, and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment across business and engineering teams.
Requirements
5+ years of product management
experience in B2C web services.
Proven experience consolidating multiple stakeholder
needs and driving business growth.
Experience creating requirement definitions, design documents, and coordinating between business and technical teams.
Experience leading development teams of 10+ engineers.
Familiarity with Android/iOS development, AWS, and UI/UX planning.
