About the Company

This organization is a management consulting firm specializing in procurement and supply chain transformation. Founded in Northern Europe in the late 2000s, it has grown to a team of over 100 professionals across several countries in Europe and the UK. The firm works with major global enterprises, mid-sized businesses, and public-sector clients.

Since the early 2020s, the company has been part of a large international strategy consulting group, operating independently while benefiting from a strong global network, brand recognition, and resources. This combination allows for continued growth and a dynamic environment within the local market.

The firm leads projects ranging from procurement strategy design and implementation to building high-performing procurement organizations and optimizing category management. In supply chain consulting, project areas include network design, production efficiency, and warehouse optimization.
