The Company retails perfume, cosmetics, skin, body, and hair care products, and other related beauty aids.
1. Product Marketing (40%)

Lead new product launches by collecting and sharing global product information with local stakeholders.

Develop compelling promotional copy and collaborate with teams responsible for direct mail, flyers, packaging, and other customer touchpoints.

Plan, execute, and analyze sales promotions across Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale (including eWS).

Design and roll out brand campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
2. Marketing Operations (35%)

Monitor sales performance and analyze customer behavior to assess the impact of marketing promotions (using tools like Tableau and CRM).

Forecast product and material needs, and coordinate inventory planning across Retail, EC, and WS (eWS) channels.

Design and prepare promotional kits to support marketing initiatives.
3. Cross-Departmental & Agency Collaboration (25%)

Partner with PR and media teams to support brand visibility and exposure.

Work closely with in-store VMD teams to develop visually impactful displays.

Coordinate with advertising agencies to tailor initiatives to each brand’s identity.

Plan and implement event displays and drive holistic, 360° brand communication strategies.
Qualification Requirements:
- English skills: Daily conversation level to business level. Ability to respond to emails (Frequency: daily) Ability to respond to teleconferences (Frequency: twice a month) Ability to participate in meetings in English and understand the minimum content Ability to write business emails
Requirements
・2+ years of experience in FMCG or 2+ years in charge of brand business at an agency
・Marketing or PR experience
・Native-level Japanese language skills (to cover copyright, etc.)
